Summer Streets activities for Wilsden Green

Brent residents and visitors can look forward to a packed schedule of free outdoor events, activities and enhanced public spaces this summer, thanks to support from the Mayor of London’s Summer Streets Fund.

In Willesden Green, improvements are being introduced between Willesden Green Tube Station, Station Parade and Poplars Avenue, creating more welcoming spaces for people to relax and spend time locally.

A programme of 10 busking and cultural performance sessions will also take place throughout the summer, with lunchtime, after-work and evening activities.

The Summer Streets Fund is part of the Mayor of London’s commitment to bring more life to high streets and town centres, helping Londoners make the most of the city throughout the summer and beyond.
